We are very pleased to invite you to our company for knowing the business in China of Alldem Center Canada and the Chinese caregivers there, so as to establish a long-term cooperation with you, the Canadian employers.
The business trip to China will start from June 20, 2008.
Now we would like to give you a brief introduction about it as follows:
A business delegation to visit China for investigation will be held for one week by Alldem Center Canada ,ORCA（Ontario Retirement Communities Association）, and Beijing Xueyuan Center Group as well. Below are the details about the business trip:
Arrangement
- Participate in the employer conference respectively held in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou
- Visit the training headquarters in Beijing
- Visit the facilities for 29th Beijing Olympic Games and place of interests in Beijing
Fees
All the expense except for the round-trip flight ticket will be free. You will enjoy all-sided services including dinner, accommodation, visit, meeting and sightseeing etc.
Agenda
The agenda is as follows (Beijing Time)
Arrive in Beijing on June 20, 2008,
Meet the caregivers in Beijing for the first time at P.M. on June 21, 2008;
Meet the caregivers in Beijing for the second time at 7 P.M. on June 21, 2008
Visit the training headquarters in Beijing at A.M. on June 22, 2008
Communicate with the caregivers at 1 P.M. on June 22, 2008
Then arrive in Shanghai on the night of June 22, 2008
Have a rest in the morning on June 23, 2008,
Meet the caregivers in Shanghai at 1 P.M. on June 23, 2008,
Communicate with the local caregivers at 7 P.M. on June 23, 2008
Appreciate the night beautiful scenery of Huangpu River at 9 P.M. on June 23, 2008
Then fly to Guangzhou at the same day.
Have a rest in the morning on June 24, 2008 in Guangzhou,
Meet the caregivers in Guangzhou at 1 P.M. on June 24, 2008-3-21
Communicate with the local caregivers at 7 P.M. on June 24, 2008, after that, have an entertainment.
Fly to Beijing in the morning on June 25, 2008, and visit the facilities for 29th Beijing Olympic Games. Then attend a party hosted by Beijing Xueyuan Center Group at that night.
Return to Canada on June 26, 2008.
